Terms of Service
All new accounts are created under a “limited” membership. In order to receive a “full access” membership, you must enable 2-Factor Authentication. If you don’t know how to do this, we suggest using Microsoft Authenticator. For instructions on how to set up 2FA, go to: Learning>Resources>2FA And Me. You must be logged in to do this.
We check for 2FA adoption every 24-48hrs.
Q: “What is the difference between “limited” and “full-access”?”
A: “Limited” accounts have access to all content within the ‘Resources’, whereas “full-access” grants permission to the ‘Resources’ and ‘Media’ Pages.
Q: “Why do I need to use 2FA?”
A: Security. This is not a paid site. In order to ensure that the media library is being used by real people, we feel that asking users to practice the same Operational Security that we preach. Additionally, this site has a high potential to be targeted by threat actors. We’ve taken considerable steps to ensure the safety and security of this site and we ask that you do the same.
We do not keep records of your password unless you specifically request for us to reset your password.
In that event, we strongly suggest that you reset your password once you regain access to your account.
